As a wife and mother myself, I recognize the desire to capture not just family portraits, but real life, real joy and real love. As with all of my photography, my photos tend to be photojournalistic in style meaning that I capture families as they interact, instead of forcing you into unnatural poses (you will never have to say "cheese", I promise). I found as a parent myself that this will give you beautiful and natural photos that you will enjoy for years to come and help tell the story of your family.
During the first year of your babies life, there are so many little milestones that are perfect for a mini session either in the studio or outdoors; sitting up on their own, taking their first steps, or celebrating the first birthday with a cake smash.
